Fairness and transparency for companies on platforms

The European Union has published Regulation 2019/11/15 “On promoting fairness and transparency for business users of online intermediation services”. The regulation will enter into force on 12.07.2020 (P2B Regulation).

If you are a business user, you are welcome to submit your complaint using the contact form provided. We will examine your request promptly and individually and provide you with feedback.

Once a year, we will publish an anonymized report of all commercial complaints in accordance with the new regulation.

Report on the internal complaints management system in accordance with Article 11 of Regulation (EU) 2019/1150 on promoting fairness and transparency

There was no complaint from a business user in the 2024 reporting year.

1. Information on the monthly active users of the platform in accordance with Art. 24 para. 2 DSA

The Förderverein Segelflug e.V. is obliged to regularly publish information on the average monthly active users. The average number of monthly active users is 33.6M*.

*Period: Jan. 2024 - Dec. 2024. Please note that this information is based on data from external providers. It cannot be ruled out that the method used involves double counting of active users and will be replaced by a different method in the future.

2. Central contact points pursuant to Art. 11 and Art. 12 DSA

3. Transparency reports in accordance with Art. 15, Art. 24 para. 1 DSA

The Förderverein Segelflug e.V. publishes an annual report with the information required in accordance with Art. 15 and Art. 24 Para. 1 DSA on the moderation of user content, provided that at least one moderation has taken place. The report is made available in pdf format via a download link. It is based on the template officially provided by the EU Commission.

In its judgment of May 12, 1998, the Hamburg Regional Court (LG) ruled that the inclusion of a link may entail co-responsibility for the content of the linked page. According to the LG, this can only be prevented by expressly distancing oneself from these websites. We have placed a number of links to other sites on the Internet on our website.
We would like to expressly emphasize that we have no influence whatsoever on the content of the linked pages. We therefore distance ourselves from all content on these sites and do not adopt their content as our own.
