Description
After 13 years and a lot of beautiful hours it's time to let this very beautiful Quintus go to the next owner. The Quintus has a certification, including a brand new water discharging system.
For main navigation the LX9000 is used, as a back up the butterfly vario is installed. The mechanical instruments are from Winter, the radio is a Becker and transponder Garrecht.
The Quintus lives in a aluminium Cobra trailer, an IMI one man rigging is included as are all weather covers and extra's.
In Januari the Quintus was at Schempp Hirth for service and brought up to certification standard. The engine had a big maintenance overhaul inlcuding fuel hose replacement.
The Quintus is a very beautiful glider to fly and very easy handling, all people who fly it come out with a big smile. The engine gives you a very good climb, more then 3 meters on maximum wingloading. World champion in 2012, a 1750 km flight in Europe and 1400 km flight in Namibia proves the performance.
