Description
DG-101G (DG-100G ELAN) — beautifully kept, new canopy, refurbished interior & trailer
Built 1982, serial E89G61, registration OK-5842 (ex D-5842)
I am selling my carefully maintained DG-101G. I am the third owner, I have been flying it since 2018 and I still fly it today. The only reason for the sale is that I am moving up to a sustainer.
It is a wonderful, good-natured glider. I learned cross-country flying on it, and it always forgave my mistakes. The view from the cockpit is superb, and rigging is quick and straightforward — your helpers at the airfield will thank you for it. If you are looking for an honest Club Class ship to grow with, this is the one.
No investment needed — get in and fly. The paint finish is in good condition. The glider has only ever been flown privately.
Recent work
The canopy is new, with blue tint. The interior has been refurbished, including a new Dynafoam seat. Harnesses were replaced in 2018. The Pfeiffer trailer has been repainted in PU.

I fly with XCSoar on the tablet, fed via Bluetooth by the LX Nano 4 and the Flarm. With the logger you therefore take over a complete, proven setup.
